Transformed Learning Collective (TLC, for short) is the brainchild of Alexis Baum, Tim Fife, and Ruben Ocampo. With over five decades of combined experience in individual and organizational learning in 20+ countries, we formed TLC with the mission of Humanizing Leadership & Learning.

Alexis, Tim, and Ruben’s journey began in 2008 when their paths first crossed in Sydney, Australia, sparking a shared passion for rethinking how organizations learn and grow. Since then, they’ve worked across industries and continents—helping companies, nonprofits, and governments embrace human-centered learning, leadership, and innovation. From shaping learning strategies across Asia to coaching mayors and city teams worldwide, their work has always been about making leadership more adaptive, inclusive, and impactful.

They focus their work on addressing the very human needs of leaders that persist in modern organizations, regardless of size or area of focus: Adaptability, Emotional Intelligence, Purpose and Empathy-Driven Leadership, Critical Thinking, Relationships and Community Building, Mental Health and Well-Being.
