CWCD was founded in February 2018. Since our inception, the organization has grown from providing individual clinical supervision to providing organizational support in the development of behavioral health programs and policies and in achieving behavioral health licensing and credentialing. CWCD strives to ensure organizations and clinicians utilize a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive approach to behavioral health, supported through the social determinants of health lens by providing professional training development; consultation toward behavioral health program development; and administrative support for policy development, accreditation and licensing, credentialing, and clinical supervision. We have recently added legal consultation for contract reviews and submissions.
