What is the anticipated number of non-profits per cohort?
We expect to have 10-15 nonprofits per cohort.
When would each 18-month cohort start (any specific date)?
The first cohort would start in July and we expect to launch a new cohort every other month from there.
Is there a guaranteed minimum or maximum each professional services organization can serve?
There is not currently.
Are there any expectations related to turnarounds and deliverables with each non-profit (i.e. required availability)?
We will send satisfaction surveys to clients every quarter and check in with them on their experience with vendors. We expect that all deliverables and services be completed by the end of the 18 months of service with the ARPA clients.
Do you all have a budget range for proposing the pricing cost/breakdown?
For new services, we will likely negotiate a standard price for them. We do have pricing for current services.
